Laughlin medics compete in TCCC Rodeo
U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 47th Medical Group perform simulated chest trauma interventions on a medical training mannequin during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Rodeo at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, April 16, 2025. Realistic visual cues and simulated wounds increased the intensity of the scenario, driving home the importance of calm, confident care in combat environments. Junior Airmen took on leadership roles throughout the event, gaining hands-on experience that built confidence and strengthened their voice within the team.
