A medical team from Brooke Army Medical Center preformed a groundbreaking procedure using a thoracic branched endoprosthesis, a first-of-its kind, FDA-approved device designed for repairing problems with the arch of the aorta at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Oct. 6, 2022.
