Via e-mail -- I was sorry to read that Torch is cutting back to four editions per year ("Winds of Change," September/October 2011 issue, "From the Director" column). Your magazine is so "spot on" when it comes to communicating the safety message, and I have used many of your articles during my weekly staff meeting safety tips. I understand the budget cuts, but safety publications shouldn't be one of the reduced items. Good luck in maintaining the quality of the magazine.
