'JUST SAYIN' ...'

Via e-mail --  How does one F-16 fighter rear-end another when they are just taxiing out to the runway ("F-16 'Rear-ends' Another Fighter," Spring 2012 issue, page 24)? ... Just sayin'. ... With over $2.5 million in damages, I hope this inattentive pilot doesn't get off scot-free. There has to be some accountability with such a careless mishap.
